Please be aware that if your printer model ends with an ‘e’ (eg. 4002dne) or if you have ever enrolled with HP+ during the printer set-up, your printer may permanently block all non-original or compatible cartridges. 

HP also pushes auto-updates that blacklist any third party cartridges. We recommend turning off your auto-updater to continue using compatible cartridges.
